Running from March 9 to April 6, this year's festival theme, “Free to Dream” explores how women individually and collectively envision, visualize, and express their dreams. Organized by the Azerbaijan Artists’ Union and the VarYox platform, the festival brings together art enthusiasts and promotes creative expression.
