Affordable mobile operator Nar has held another career planning training session for students of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU). Delivered by a specialist from Nar’s Human Resources Department, the training aimed to better prepare final-year students for the recruitment process and help them develop practical skills essential for a successful career start.

As part of the education pillar of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, Nar regularly organizes training sessions for students at local universities with which it partners. These sessions cover both professional fields and the development of communication skills. Their goal is to support the preparation of future professionals and strengthen the competitiveness of Azerbaijani specialists in the labor market.

During the training, students learned about preparing a well-structured CV, getting ready for job interviews, common interview mistakes and stress management. Participants received practical advice on understanding employers’ expectations, presenting their skills and achievements effectively, and managing anxiety during interviews.
