Nar, the provider of the country’s most affordable mobile services, continues to support the development of an inclusive society. As part of this commitment, Nar’s leadership and employees met with the participants of the socio-cultural project "All Bodies Speak". The employees of the mobile operator met with the project participants, joining their dances and sharing this unique inclusive experience together.
As a key partner of the “Her Art in Action” festival, which launches ahead of International Women's Day, Nar supports this initiative that champions creativity and freedom of expression. Running from March 9 to April 6, this year's festival theme, “Free to Dream” explores how women individually and collectively envision, visualize, and express their dreams. Organized by the Azerbaijan Artists’ Union and the VarYox platform, the festival brings together art enthusiasts and promotes creative expression.
In celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8, Nar organized a special event for female journalists. During the clay art masterclass, media representatives transformed their creative visions into unique works of art.
Nar, known for its affordable offers in the mobile communications sector, continues its projects aimed at training specialists in the telecommunications field. In this regard, the Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) held another practical training on “ The Fundamentals of Mobile Communication”.
Nar, known for its advantageous communication services, has organized an art contest titled “The Great Return” among students of Mirza Ulugh Beg Secondary School No. 1 in Fuzuli. The students’ artworks were exhibited in the school’s assembly hall.
Committed to creating social value through its initiatives, Nar continues to support the development of sign language by contributing to the launch of a sign language mobile application in Azerbaijan. This project, backed by Nar, was initiated in September last year with the support of bp and its partners, under the organization of ADA University and the ADA University Foundation. The initiative promotes inclusivity by facilitating communication between individuals with hearing and speech impairments and the broader community. It also enables them to learn sign language completely free of charge and without the need for an instructor. The development of content and methodology for the mobile application is being carried out by the "Support for the Deaf" Public Union.
As part of its commitment to fostering an inclusive society, Nar, in collaboration with the "Support to the Deaf" Public Union, completed vocational training in fashion design for individuals with speech and hearing impairments. The three-month program involved 10 participants aged 18 to 40.
Nar has supported the realization of the “Santa Claus in Remote Villages” project by the “We Are Together” social platform as a key partner to make the New Year celebration unforgettable for children.
The initiative aimed to bring festive cheer to children living in remote villages and put smiles on their faces.
The project dedicated to World Children’s Rights Day, implemented by Nar in collaboration with the Regional Development Public Union (RDIU) and recognized for its social responsibility initiatives in the regions, has successfully concluded. As part of the project, the mobile operator supported the organization of a large-scale debate forum on the topic "Digital Security and Protection of Children's Rights". The project aimed to draw attention to the importance of protecting children’s rights in the digital age and to educate parents on these critical issues.
